Eligibility Criteria
  • Household income must be at or below the median after taxes.
  • Applicants must own and reside in the home.
  • The primary heating source should be oil, with proof of at least 500 liters purchased in the past 12 months.
  • The property must be connected to an integrated electricity grid.
