Toshack Service has decades of experience installing Plumbing and HVAC systems for new construction projects. We work with General Contractors, Insurance Restoration Companies, AND Individual Home Builders. Under the direction of a Project Supervisor, our team provides beginning to end service:

Initial advice for you (and/or your designer) on the HVAC and Plumbing options available to you, and budget costs.
Obtain professional HVAC design (Heat Loss, duct design, and equipment specifications)
Optimize the plumbing layout (for design and costing efficiencies)
Provide easy to understand quotes for your final selections
Schedule the project installation. We work with you to establish critical timelines, and we commit to our timelines. This is a key advantage of working with the Toshack team.
Custom fabricate the ductwork in our own shop; this improves our responsiveness and guarantees the quality of the finished system.
“Git-r-dun”! Our techs arrive on-site with all the necessary parts and pieces, tools and equipment, to carry out a full day’s work! Our licensed tradesmen will install the ductwork, piping systems and equipment (furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, water tanks, etc) professionally and efficiently.
Provide final inspection results and certifications as required for the relevant building authorities.
