Service and maintenance activities are provided by a dedicated team of service technicians, overseen by a full-time Service Manager. Commercial and industrial maintenance is supported by a Computerized Maintenance Management System that tracks customers’ equipment and schedules maintenance. Preventive maintenance is carried out on a wide variety of equipment, including refrigeration equipment, plumbing systems, lighting systems, generators, building heating and cooling units, and ventilation equipment.

Commercial and industrial customers must have the highest level of safety and regulatory compliance from their suppliers, and Toshack delivers! Toshack is licensed by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority, and by the Electrical Safety Authority. Internal tracking systems guarantee that insurance, licenses, and regulatory compliance are always maintained.
